Mediation is a procedure for the constructive resolution of conflict. As trained mediators, we at the Mediation Center Liechtenstein accompany conflicting parties on their path towards resolution. In the course of such out-of-court procedures, the parties are willing to reach a sustainable, consensual and long-term agreement.
The principles of mediation
Mediation is voluntary. As mediators, we do not represent any party. We do not make decisions but are responsible for the mediation process.
Mediation as an alternative
Anywhere that people meet, conflicts arise. That is part of every life, and it is normal. The only thing that matters is how we deal with it. Conflicts do not always have to be settled in court. Mediation with the experienced team of the Mediation Center Liechtenstein is an efficient alternative, and perhaps the best way to find a suitable solution to disputes. The advantages? Mediation prevents high costs and, above all, does not leave behind a trail of destruction.
