Regarding the processing of personal data, we are bound to a strict duty of confidentiality and we comply with the obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in accordance with the professional requirements obliged by lawyers.
Accordingly, personal data will be treated with the highest confidentiality.

Personal data is any data that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person such as name, address, date of birth, gender, email address and personal data concerning criminal proceedings. Processing of personal data includes collection, storage, adaptation or alteration, use, provision, erasure or deletion of data.
We process personal data, necessary for the implementation of our services which is provided voluntarily to us.
A complete provision is necessary in order to successfully process our orders, therefore a limitation of personal data could lead to the challenge of a mandate. All personal data is saved and entered on our internal server in our office.
Rights of the People Concerned
People concerned have the right to get information about data processing, rectification of incorrect data, erasure, restriction of processing and data transfer, revocation of the consent as well as objection to the processing of personal data. Legal obligations and rights of Mediation Center Liechtenstein are reserved, especially the obligation to maintain secrecy.

Processing of personal data takes place with the consent of the individual for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations from the contractual relationship. In practice we process the personal data for purposes that are covered by the mandate agreement. Personal data is primarily processed for the purpose of fulfilling our mandate, thus we process them for justification, administration and the transaction of the contractual relationship.
Personal data is processed especially for legal representation in all domestic and foreign courts, all national and international courts as well as in arbitral tribunal and in front of authorities. If necessary, personal data is transmitted to third parties, which observe the GDPR and also properly declare their obligation to observe its rules.
In addition, data processing takes place for the purpose of maintaining customer relationships and for the purpose of self-promotion.
The collected data is necessary for proper fulfilment of the order, as it is not possible to maintain the contractual relationship without this data.

Transmission of your data takes place on the basis of the GDPR, in particular on the basis of consent of the individual or for the fulfilment of contract. To fulfil the mandate, it may also be necessary to transmit personal data to third parties (e.g. insurance companies, service providers, opposing parties) as well as courts and authorities. If necessary, an exchange of personal data between our branches is also possible.
In case of a transmission of personal data to recipients in third countries, we make sure that the standards complied with reach the level of European data protection and the relevant safety regulations.
